Consulting:
We will help you identify all of the unmet behavioral health needs
in your cardiovascular patient population and will offer a spectrum of options to address this void.
Program Development:
We will help
you to develop a plan for improving the delivery of care to distressed patients with heart disease. We can help
you with chosing the type of services to offer, the setting in which they will be offered, the practitioners who will
provide service and with setting a price structure.
Training:
We can provide training for physicians, nurses and cardiac rehabilitation
professionals who seek to improve their skill at recognizing distressed cardiac patients and referring patients appropropiately.
We also provide training to your mental health professionals who may seek to be involved in the delivery of services

Evaluation:
We
can help you to build a system for routine mental health screening of cardiac patients or will assist in developing a
plan for outcome assessment of your new program. We are available to help you analyze your outcome data if needed.
